Job Description:
1、Responsible for the company's new product launch strategy and market action plan in the field of gynecology, coordinating the marketing department and various regions to implement the action plan.
2、Organize and prepare various product promotional materials and training materials, and provide timely product training to marketing personnel and related personnel.
3、Responsible for collecting and analyzing market and competitor information, discovering unmet product needs of customers through market research and competitive analysis, and formulating competitive strategies.
4、Responsible for the daily management of the company's various promotional platforms and the planning and execution of academic promotion activities, urging the implementation and execution of the marketing promotion plan for the product line.
5、Maintain and manage key KOLs in related fields of the company, form long-term good cooperation with industry experts, and carry out product promotion strategies, system formulation, and related marketing activities based on clinical needs and product characteristics.
6、Provide market coordination and technical support for the company's full product line, collaborate with sales to achieve rapid growth in performance.
Requirements:
1、Major in clinical medicine or pharmacy, full-time bachelor's degree or above.
2、More than 5 years of marketing or sales experience in the gynecological medical and pharmaceutical industries.
3、Understand drug release, have knowledge of gynecological medical and pharmaceutical products, and professional knowledge related to diseases.
4、Strong communication and coordination skills, with good customer service awareness.
5、Possess market research, information collection, and data analysis skills.
6、Have strong expert resources and influence in the field of gynecology.
7、Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
